Bailarin Cellars is the premier destination in Sacramento for private events. We facilitate corporate mixers and holiday parties, to receptions and luxury birthday parties for up to 90 guests. When booking a Private Event with us, you receive full access to the entire two level tasting room including our outdoor patio for 3 hours. Bailarin Cellars becomes your home and is available to be fully customized in any way you see fit. In terms of catering, we ease the process by offering exclusive menus only available by holding a private event at Bailarin, from our in-house selection as well as Kodaiko and MidiCi. This makes Bailarin, the ideal venue for your next mixer style event, or seated dinner at a long communal table.

We offer our Semi Private Event package for small or casual groups, in need a a meeting, reunion or get together location where you can enjoy elevated catering, dedicated servers, a reserved section of our tasting room and freedom to decorate as you choose. Semi private events are held during our open hours, and offers your group total access and customization of an entire area within our Tasting Room. Downstairs, we boast a private wine cellar. The Cellar is ideal for intimate events such as proposals, romantic dinners, bridal showers and bachelor(ette) parties. Additionally, it serves as a private and exclusive venue for corporate gatherings such as executive meetings. The privacy of this venue location is second to none.
