Bailarin Cellars introduces you to the up-and-coming restaurant Omakase Por Favor bringing you a one-of-a-kind tasting experience over four courses and paired with five of our wines. By combining the culture of Japanese cuisine and the flavors of Mexico, you will have the opportunity to enjoy something truly bespoke. They will be providing a seafood-based menu to pair with the exquisite, hand-crafted wines of Bailarin Cellars. From oysters to bluefin tuna, the guest will be transported into a world of new flavors and unique wine pairings. You do not want to miss out. This pairing menu will only ever be featured at this dinner.
Chef Jeana Pecha has worked and trained at fine dining restaurants such as Archetype Napa, Bottega Napa Valley, and Alinea Chicago. We are excited to welcome her to Bailarin with her passion project Omakase Por Favor
